Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.

Estimated delivery times

  • Australia: 1-10 business days
  • United States: 1-6 weeks
  • North America: 1-6 weeks
  • Europe: 1-6 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 1-6 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-6 weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 1-6 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

You are responsible for what shipping package you select from shipping products offered by the carriers we use. If you are not happy or agree with any of the shipping products offered, we can ship with a carrier of your choice at your expense. STANDARD SHIPPING – Delivery within 15 business days, UNINSURED
PRIORITY POST – Delivery improves by 1-4 business days, UNINSURED
PARCEL POST – Delivery within 7 business days, INSURED
EXPRESS POST – Delivery within 3 business days, INSURED

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

NON TRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING – Delivery within 2-6 weeks, UNINSURED
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING – Delivery within 1 – 6 weeks, INSURED (Send through contact phone number is you wish to have it assigned to your shipment)
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS (AUS POST) – Delivery within 2-5 Business Days INSURED

***INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPMENTS are sent with AUSTRALIA POST – if you have selected International express and would like your contact phone/mobile number assigned to it, please send this through to us to be added to your shipment.***

I may refuse to ship to certain countries, locations, or addresses where high percentage of packages were lost or having difficulty with postal service and or customs.
I’m not responsible for weather events, public holidays, Postal and or Custom delays that may impact the delivery time of your order.
We are well aware of Customs taxes and VAT tax thresholds of countries.
I’m not responsible for lost orders sent via UNINSURED standard shipping methods. If you would like your order INSURED – purchase Tracked shipping services.
We receive delivered notification for International standard shipments.
An order is declared lost if not delivered after 7 weeks from date of dis-patch.
I may refuse to send high valued orders with Standard Shipping, and request you upgrade to a Tracked Shipping Service.
